ORDERS:

First order minimum value is 250 USD, must be paid in full before being shipped. SOCCO HANDMADE LTD. accepts major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express, Wire transfers, Paypal and Interac e-Transfers.

Samples may be purchased at wholesale price.

SHIPPING:

We ship via FedEx / UPS / USPS with tracking information; takes 2-6 days to arrive. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF USA: We will quote the most competitive price based on the order size and volume. International customers are responsible for all customs fees that may be incurred with the shipment.

 

LEAD TIME:

In stock items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. All product backorders will be communicated, along with specific ship dates. You will be provided with an estimated date of fulfillment once you place your order.

 

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order if the item(s) arrived have a defect. Contact us for any problem with your order. Return must be approved prior shipping.
